Today I am pleased to announce that I have filed two orders aimed to be more inclusive and bring justice to the dream world.

The first order lifts a prohibition on humans within high ranks in the DIA. Our agency will now begin to accept applications from our human friends to work as official detectives. No longer will they be working in lower ranks at the agency as they will now have the opportunity to join our existing detectives in making our streets safer and more secure. This order marks a great shift toward inclusivity and modernization.

The second order establishes a special task force focused on finding and arresting Lucid which has been established as the Lucid Apprehension Task Enforcement. For those worried for our human friends potentially facing danger as detectives, any human applications will go toward this task force which will be under my direct immediate supervision as I personally lead it. They will aid and be tasked with finding and bringing him to face justice once and for all. 

My promise to modernize this agency, keep the dream world safe, reduce crime, and bring Lucid in is a promise I am aiming to keep and these orders do just that. I encourage those interested to apply to the DIA, and in doing so, will lead to Lucid's capture for a safer and more prosperous dream world.
