When I was sworn in as the new chief of the Dimension Investigation Agency, I vowed that on the first day of the job, I would make it my highest priority to do everything I could to track down Lucid— a known criminal who has long evaded the law and justice.

Today, there is a new break in the case. The Lucid Apprehension Task Enforcement unit recently became aware of new information that led to a possible breakthrough in Lucid’s case. Upon becoming aware of that information, I personally went to confirm their findings to verify the authenticity of it. On October 31, in coordination with L.A.T.E., we finally discovered the long lost and forbidden Monochrome dimension, which is also the home of notorious criminal, Lucid.

This discovery allows the DIA and L.A.T.E. to further enhance the ongoing case against Lucid; however, the subject in question was not present nor seen in or around the dimension. Therefore, Lucid remains on the run with no arrests having been made.

At this time, no further information will be provided to the public as we assess the area and retrieve evidence for further analysis and examination. I have asked DFCU chief Vivienne to provide forensic services and asked DPU chief Matías to increase patrols around the area. The DIA has secured the perimeter and asks the public to avoid the area or be subject to arrest.
