Description: "Questions for a Mad Scientist" is an ongoing event in the game. This story quest, which featured various events occurring on October 31 that intertwined with one another, had a lengthy interrogation with notorious criminal Francis Robert P. Jackson. Francis finally sat down with IAA chief Kamaria and former DIA chief Daiki to answer questions about his early life, Project Morpheus, and his plans in the dream world. At the same time, Count Anastasius is hosting his grand Halloween party at the Club once more with Almoral, Epsilon and Dylan tagging along. While the interrogation and party at the Club seemed to go well, there would be a new development in the dream world that would lead to something that was, for some, worth the wait...
