The weather service has been monitoring conditions across the general dream world. Seasonal green fog has rolled into the dream world with a grand majority of outdoor areas reporting such conditions. The main threat from this phenomena is lower than normal visibility. Residents should use typical caution when navigating through the fog. It is set to persist through this month and very early November...

...Elsewhere, the DWPS has been receiving public reports of ongoing unidentified noises across the dream world. Reports continue to be sporadic with no centralized cluster and remain frequent and consistent. Thus far, survey teams have yet to find the source and origin of these noises. Additional internal findings from select weather stations have not hinted at any short-term tremor activity, but this could always change as they are virtually unpredictable. It is still important to review precautionary plans in the event that shaking is felt. Bulletins for tremors can be issued but are often received with little to no advanced warning giving some or no time to act. The weather service does not believe there is a high threat for tremors at this time, though the threat remains generally low. Please continue to report such noises to the weather service.
